To Impart the Wisdom that I have gained from living a long life.

Working through a "disability" of color blindness and succeeding at the art as well as being hearing impaired has taught me much about releasing my personal sense of self limitation.
Goya was hearing impaired and he still became one of the world's greatest artists. He also contributed much to changing how one works the canvas and medium to come up with a unique style of painting.
Degas went blind in his august years. Realizing that he couldn't paint anymore he turned to sculpture. His work was also innovative and changed how today's artists create their works.
In reflecting back on the path I took I see that my first task was to release my personal sense of self limiting conceptualizations that were imposed partly by myself and others around me. It wasn't an act of conquering or overcoming, those modes had to be released as well because therein arose conflict. It, the creation of the art, is more like the flow of a river from its source. In this case, it comes from my soul. One has to release and untie the knots so to speak, one has to get out of the way of oneself so it will be able to flow.
